A new era in Nike Basketball begins, with the release of the Nike Ja 1 Day One. Memphis Grizzlies Guard Ja Morant drew inspiration from his early years playing basketball in South Carolina on his signature Day One sneaker.
The Nike Ja 1 Day One is constructed using Cobalt Bliss leather and mesh uppers that sit on top of Citron midsoles. Ja Morant’s newly designed logo sits on the tongue of each sneaker and insole of the left sneaker. The insoles feature a print of a handwritten note from Ja, dedicated to his strongest supporters that helped him along his journey.
The Nike Ja 1 Day One released April 19, 2023 with a retail price of $110.
